In January 2002 Cornelia Bergner set up her own business, Bergner Human Resources Consulting, in Hanover. Before that she worked as a consultant for Steinbach & Partner Management Consulting in Hamburg.
Cornelia Bergner who has a degree in education acted in different positions in the sales and distribution divisons of Océ Germany and E.ON AG before she entered the human resources consulting sector. In the course of her professional life she could gather substantial experiences with different corporate cultures.
The main focus of Bergner Human Resources Consulting is on the search and selection of (commercial and technical) specialists and executives via executive search and/or advertisement and on the outplacement sector. The sensitive selection of candidates plays an important role for the respective company – in personal as well as in professional terms.
